Microsoft didn't make Braid $15. The developer did. Devs have a choice between 3 different prices: 400MSP, 800MSP, 1200MSP.

But I think this is a good deal for Arcade owners or current 20GB Pro owners. Considering a 20GB HDD is 100 euro and now you can get an HDD with triple the storage for cheaper with 3 months of Live and a Headset.

Ireland is worse. We've only gotten speeds above 3mb now. I'm on a 20mb package now but because one telecom operator has a monopoly on the market, they don't feel like upgrading so we were stuck with 1,2 and 3 mb packages. Luckily another company came in and destroyed them! I started out on UPC's 6mb package which 3 months later was upgraded to 12mb which 3 months later was upgraded to 20mb for free! We're getting 40mb in 3 months!

I just got Rock Band today and it cost 40 euro more than a 360 Pro console! And that's with a price drop! It was ridiculous... you can't buy the game and instrument set together, they are both separate packs. Do EA honestly thing anyone would pay 180 euro for just the instruments?
